* ** Looking for a BA with SOLID experience in writing SLA’s OLA’s,
preferably someone who worked on health insurance/Cyber Security/regulatory
compliance environment Responsibilities:*
- Responsibilities include working with authoritative sources, including
but not limited to NIST, ISO 27002:2013, HIPAA and PCI standards
- Assist Manager in reviewing, revising and creating Operational Level
Agreements OLAs, Service Level Agreements SLAs and Standard Operating
Procedures SOPs
- Translates business requirements into functional specifications,
manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on
the direction of the business
- Gathers information about the organization’s work processes and
information flows
- Documents existing process in technical model format in order to
evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes
- Serve as technical information security analyst and as a contributor
to cross functional teams for deployment and support of security specific
infrastructure to provide information security to the enterprise
- Design, implement, and integrate security solutions to address
enterprise risks and exposures
- Design and implement security solutions to monitor the efficiency and
effectiveness of security operations, controls and infrastructure.
- Perform a security governance through the design and implementation of
security policies, procedures, guidelines and standards to maintain the
confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems and data
- Lead testing efforts by defining, developing and implementing
practices and procedures for complete end user test plans
- Interact with other Technical and Operation Support Service teams to
develop tactical and strategic programs to address processes, controls,
organization and infrastructure to manage information security related
concerns and satisfy directives
- Assist with reviews of current and new client systems and
applications, including changes to existing applications/systems, to assure
compliance with Information Security policies and standards
- Apply creative thinking in problem solving and identifying
opportunities for improvements in security
- Provide Information Security related recommendations regarding
Client’s infrastructure components (communications network, physical
security, data access, computer hardware/software and data confidentiality,
integrity, and availability)
*Requirements:*
- BA or BS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business or
equivalent work experience.
- MBA in Business, Health Care or Public Policy or Computer Science
strongly preferred
- *5 years of direct Business Analyst experience with background in
writing SLA’s OLA’s. examples of ones they may need to write–creation and
real time delivery metrics, incident response process, specific to
subsidiary , (high level process, level of granularity to hold teams
accountable to)*
- Ability to negotiate the logistical points to get into framework.
- *NIST experience is a plus*
- *Writing samples SOP’s, SLA’s OLA’s (to be provided together with
resume or before interview) *
- *Strong written documentation skills and technical writing are
required*
- Experience with *Cyber security* is highly preferred
- Previous experience and knowledge of quantitative risk analysis and
modeling
- *At least 5 years of IT and/or business experience in a health
insurance or regulatory compliance environment *
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance review and remediation
OR Two or more years of experience in audit strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of reviewing, revising and creating Operational
Level Agreements (OLAs) Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs)
*Additional Skills: *Develops Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level
Agreements and Operating Level Agreements in detail.
