*Job Title: Business Systems Analyst* *Duration: 16 month* *Location: NYC, NY (Local)* *Must be H1b Copy* *Details:* The Enterprise Applications Web and Digital group is requesting a consultant with* 10+ years of experience *in web based development languages and 2+ years of Development/Configuration/deployment experience in ServiceNow Platform. IT plans to fully implement ServiceNow, a cloud based software as a service (SaaS) IT service support management (ITSSM) system starting in 2016 and continuing into 2017. IT will use ServiceNow to manage IT service delivery across the Client. The system will be the primary tool to control, track, and manage the services provided to the T's customers and its ~70,000 users. The system will also be the primary system to control and manage the IT hardware, software, and communications assets *TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS* - Responsibilities will range from requirements gathering, development, test, deploy and maintenance of ServiceNow - Develop clear and concise technical documentation - Develop systems integrations - Strong ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies in a short time - Ability to deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time *Deliverables & Due dates* Documents detailing: 1. Business Process Flows 2. Requirements 3. Test Plans 4. Test Cases/Scenarios 5. Action Item Logs 6. Risk Matrices 7.
