Awareness on L1 & L2 process required.* v *Ticket resolution by code fix / data fix or suggestion* of work arounds. v Willingness to quickly adapt to the given environment and handle support applications within a short span by working with the users to understand the issues and resolve them. v Stakeholder management, communication knowledge of Incident management best practices. v Ability to quickly assess the situation and employ optimum remediation steps while ensuring minimum impact to business. v Collaboration with other support vendors to ensure business continuity is achieved with minimum to no impact on business. v Ability to put together standalone code snippets that can help to analyze the log files and help identify the issues quickly as needed. v Exposure to *Automotive domain and database tuning is an added advantage.* v Onshore offshore co-ordination is required.
