Rate: market REQUIREMENTS: -Provide analysis, design, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of quality POS payment solutions. -Research and recommend potential payment solutions to the POS and IS&T Retail Systems organizations, and the retail business partners. -Oversee payment projects from requirements gathering through system implementation. -Create a strong partnership with the retail business stakeholders for the successful deployment of payment solutions. -Provide ongoing direction and analysis of payment trends and opportunities. EXPERIENCE: -Extensive experience delivering payment solutions to align and meet business objectives. -Ability to deliver creative solutions to business problems. -Ensure that technology solutions continuously meet the evolving needs of the business. -Ability to demonstrate a solid working understanding of retail payment technology. -Able to work in a complex environment, including global / international experience and the ability to work across cultures and time zones. -Comfortable in an environment of rapid change and ambiguity with the ability to make decisions while understanding the risk. -Minimum 5 years experience researching, evaluating and recommending payment solutions. -Minimum 5 years experience working with payment solutions vendors . -Minimum 5 years experience in a payments processing systems analyst or business analyst role. -Experienced at providing support to business partners during price / contract negotiations. -Experienced working with banks. -Experienced at guiding payment solutions thru the banking certification process. -Experience working with POS systems is required. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Very detail oriented with strong organizational skills -Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency. -Willingness to work cross-functionally with other teams. -Project Management experience is desired. -Working knowledge of Mac OS X is a plus. -Travel required up to 10%.
