An in-person interview will be required before an offer is made. *Job Description* This Agile Business Analyst position is responsible for business analysis activities using Agile/Scrum methodologies in the multi-year initiative to replace and re-engineer legacy mainframe processes. Main responsibilities include: · Elicit, analyze, and clearly articulate ideas and viewpoints from key stakeholders (business and technical) to your team and to senior management (and vice versa) for effective communication and decision making. · Facilitate Sprint 0 workshops to define product roadmap using concepts of epics and user stories · Decompose Epics, perform story analysis, create wireframes, and document acceptance criteria · Work with stakeholders and the Scrum Team to manage the Product, Release, and Sprint Backlogs; clarify and refine Backlog Items so that user goals and required outcomes are well understood; and make sure the Scrum Team has a steady flow of well-defined work for each release and each sprint in the release. · Collaborate with the delivery team to align and prioritize solution(s) delivery with business needs and architectural blueprints. · Ensure solution recommendations and solution approaches align with business and technical needs and constraints. · Develop verification plans based on requirements and architecture documents; conduct acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met before turning over for business testing; lead user acceptance testing and work with business and technical staff to document and resolve issues · Apply good judgment in balancing and advocating for the use of agile delivery concepts and business analysis tools and techniques. · Utilize business analysis best practices to solve complex problems.
