*Position :* .NET Developer *Location :* Lake Zurich, IL *Duration :* Long-term *FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW IS MANDATORY* *Primary Responsibilities:* § Defining requirements, design, construction, test and maintenance for Web applications interfacing with databases and medical devices, electronic health information, and data analysis software systems for medical devices. § Collaborates with Research and Development staff to identify solutions for, and resolve issues with, product software. § Conducts feasibility of proposed designs to determine their ability to function as intended. § Develop and maintain detailed documentation, for both internal and external customers, throughout all phases of software product development. § Operates within defined processes and procedures to identify necessary activities and determine appropriate actions. § Consults with senior software engineering staff on non-routine or complex projects and assignments. § Other duties as defined by Sr. Manager, Software Engineering or delegate. *Specific Skills and/or knowledge, credentials, or professional certifications:* § 7-10 years of experience in software development, database design, and web development in a regulated environment. § Experience with all phases of the software development life-cycle methodology employing various models. § Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio C#, Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0 or 4.5, Microsoft SQL Server. § Experience with XML, XSD, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, RESTful. § Experience with Entity Framework, Database design, MVC Web application design, Web application architecture, and Python preferred. § Knowledgeable in electronic health information standards and applications. § Knowledgeable in integrated development environments and software development applications. Experience with Visual Studio 2012 preferred. § Proficiency with multi-threaded programming § Proficiency in Web Service, Windows Service and WinForms applications. § Experience with Enterprise level deployment models and Cloud environments a plus. § Knowledgeable in source control management and configuration, software development applications and integrated development environments. § Ability to exercise independent judgment. § Excellent analysis, trouble-shooting and debugging skills. § Excellent communication skills.
