*Job Type: Contract* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Start Date: **Immediate * *(Only Local)* *Job Description:* · The PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst supports the day to day PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM, ELM, & Interaction Hub tickets and other technical projects as assigned. This position also serves as a technical point-of- contact and provides subject matter expertise around data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows / issues for improvement opportunities. *Scope of Duties:* · Maintain PeopleSoft configuration tables · Provide support for PeopleSoft and other HR systems (e.g. Learning, Talent Acquisition) including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements · Build Functional requirement documents in support of new technology demand · Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals and tickets · Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or variations from established policies or ways of working · Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles · Assist in development or functional design of standard reports for ongoing customer needs or new technology implementations · Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data · Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation · Train clients on new processes/functionality · Development and execution of test scripts and cases *Qualifications:* · PeopleSoft 9.1 · Query Manager · SQR · User Access Security · Creating/Modifying Excel Macros-- -- *--Thanks & Regards,Vikas Kumar Singh* *Okaya InfocomEmail: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
