Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. · At least 8 to 12 years of experience in Java/J2EE development and minimum 5 years in Adobe CQ 5.x and AEM 6.x development. · Exposure to AngularJS for at least a year is must. *Preferred:* · At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Adobe CQ 5.x and AEM 6.x. · Adobe AEM / WEM foundational concepts and a solid understanding of AEM building blocks, SLING, FELIX, JSR-170 · Leveraging web content management components of AEM to customize and port customer websites is required - DAM, SoCo, MSM, Tagging, workflow · Creation of custom components. · Complete understanding of CRX as a repository. · Content personalization, click-stream and content targeting. · Multi-lingual, multi-country experience. · At least 2 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3 · At least 2 years of experience in JavaScript frameworks and library - Angular JS · At least 1 year of experience in Responsive Web Design and Single Page Application development · At least 8 to 12 years of experience in software development life cycle. · At least 6 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. · Experience of working in Agile Methodology · Good communication skills and ability to lead small set of teams. · Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment. · Should possess good client interfacing skills and analytical skills. · Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment *Responsibilities:* · Review project specifications, identify software version to be used installed into the various test/production environments and provide engineering guidance to ensure successful deployment of systems into the target environments. · Ensure that all project deliverables, including test and configuration documentations are completed and signed off. · As directed, engage in project initiatives by critically analyzing scope, business requirements, system specifications and architecture diagrams to assess operational impacts and requirements. · Work cross-functionally with operations teams to socialize new initiatives and collect project specific requirements that get fed forward into overall project requirements. · Identify, analyze and document any defects discovered during test and verification cycles. · Collaborate with business operations and IT teams to ensure successful integration of deliverables into the overall ecosystem of applications. · Stay abreast and well versed with industry technology trends ensuring skills remain current. · Generate innovative ideas that are technically sound yet progressive and foster creativity on projects. · Challenge the status quo wisely taking reasonable risks while keeping the company’s best interests in mind. · Communicate effectively using sound judgment in making decisions, and interacting with a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences.
