1. Experience maintaining and monitoring a ServiceNow instance.
2. Experience using and implementing SDLC and ITIL Change Management
processes within a ServiceNow instance.
3. Release management experience

What is the team dynamic/personality like: A dynamic, energetic team; Fast
Size of Team: 10
First Day Responsibilities: Become familiar with the ServiceNow instance
and functionality and begin learning the current migration/release process.
How will their Performance be measured: Performance will be measured by a
resource's attention to detail, ability to problem-solve independantly,
manage multiple streams of work concurrently, being proactive , and
displaying strong commitment and ownership of their work.
Minimum of 3+ years ServiceNow experience, inlcuding release management,
QA of ServiceNow update sets, performance management and code optimization,
Prod SIR troubleshooting and resolution, and monitoring integration with
The ServiceNow system administrator should be a quick learner that can
independantly problem solve, balance multiple work streams concurrently,
and work collaboratively within the team and across other teams to migrate
code and monitor system functionality with high quality.
