- Strong leadership, software architecture and communication
skills
- Needs to work well in a team environment and have
demonstrated effectiveness at building teams
- Added advantage - Guidewire/Gosu
- J2EE architecture/technologies
- Web application architecture
- Experience in handling major Java development projects using
most of the technology stack mentioned above
- Work experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
Core Development support for an on-site development team, In
addition to development assignments, this person will be responsible for
- Sharing the knowledge, lessons learnt & best practices with
the team
- Collaboration between Clients, different project teams and
technical architecture
- Coordination with technical leads & SMEs,
- System/performance test support
- Code deployment & quality assurance.
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills
