Primary Tasks: Design QA test cases from design document. Design UAT test cases from business requirements. Compose SQL queries to execute test cases. Communicate any issues from testing with development team and assist in investigation Record all test cases and results in a testing document. Ensure all QA tickets have proper installation instructions and comprehensive QA requirements. Mediate all communication between QA team and Development team. Manage all QA tickets. Address ad-hoc concerns from business stakeholders.
