Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 6+ Months/Contract
*30 Positions (will close 4-5 every week)*
Two phone round of Interview.
*Need GC or USC(Recent exp. of infotainment or automotive industry)*
Required Skills and Experience:
- Automotive Industry experience
- 5 to 10 years business analyst experience supporting medium to large
projects in an Information Technology role
- Experience with architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant
to infrastructure, information, applications, organizational structure, etc.
- Knowledge of infotainment and telematics trends
- Familiarity with delivery of infotainment and telematics products
and services
- Prior experience with user interface visualizations & visualization
tools
- Highly knowledgeable of the Business Process
- Effective use of business modeling tools:
- Process and workflow modeling
- Comprehension of data modeling concepts, principles, and tools
relevant to information, applications, organizational structure,
and design
- Clear and effective writer and documenter
- Adept and effective meeting facilitator
- Experienced and skilled user of office productivity tools:
- Advance knowledge of Word
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of test strategies, test plans and text execution
- Problem/Solution oriented
- Excellent communicator/information sharer
- Exceptional interviewing, probing, influencing skills
- Active listener
- Multitasked
- Attentiveness to detail and precision
- Effectively deals with ambiguity
- Strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated/independent/resourceful
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
field
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
