*Six Sigma Project manager black belt : NYC: FULL-TIME/ Contract To Hire
Client is looking for 2 Six Sigma certified Black Belts with about 3
years experience leading projects.
*MUST have Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
MUST have minimum 3 years experience leading Six Sigma projects
MUST have strong Capital Markets/Investment Banking experience
MUST be able to operate independently, work across functions and have a
track record of delivered results
*
Strong leadership and teaming capability
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effect change across functional lines
Strong project management and analytical skill set
*MUST display an ability to work effectively within complex decision
making and organizational structures
*
Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED, MBA a plus
The Six Sigma Project Manager will:
Work with various functional units to analyze and document current
business processes and determine areas for improvement (reliability and
efficiency). Includes monitoring and updating these processes through
the effective use of metrics and measures, reporting out to business
and/or regional leadership
Select and lead project teams to successfully execute multiple projects
simultaneously
Lead the organization as a change agent through an evolving business process
Ensure alignment and focus of business unit and/or regional operations
with company-wide goals, strategies, and priorities
Collect and analyze large amounts of data
Partner with and coach team members in the process improvement approach;
When necessary, act as a mentor.
Develop detailed plans and execute accordingly, on-time/on-budget
Achieve timeliness, efficiency and cost targets
Requires a demonstrated capability and previous leadership experience.
