*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist multiple projects with implementation and tailoring of our HR
Systems methodology / processes
* Identify and implement improvement opportunities at the project,
program, and corporate level
* Participate in reviews, audits, and control boards as required
* Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with established
processes
* Track non-conformance and non-compliance items to closure
* Serve as program liaison to customer for all QA activities and results
* Prepare and deliver process training to improve *quality* and efficiency
* Identify project processes that can be standardized and used across
the organization
* Implement new standard processes and procedures defined by the
corporate *quality* program
*HR Express
* Assist in the preparation of CMMI appraisals
* Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to work with staff at all levels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of best practices related to all areas of the project lifecycle
* Ability to leverage experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
*quality* reviews
* Experience implementing a CMMI environment
* Participation in *quality*/process improvement projects
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Management
(with a technical focus), or related field and 5 years experience
specifically using *quality* assurance techniques.
* Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering Management,
Computer Science or related engineering discipline is preferred.
