Below is a list of skill sets we are looking for to assist with these
projects.
1. General computer desktop/client support skills - customer facing
experience isn't as important, but the general troubleshooting skill set is.
a. Familiar with Outlook: profile setup, PST setup, signatures,
etc
b. Familiar with adding printers to a user's Windows profile
c. Basic Windows XP troubleshooting skills
2. Experience imaging PCs, preferably using industry standard tools such as
*Ghost*, Acronis, or SMS.
3. Previous hardware migration experience if possible.
