Hands-on architecture skills. Expertise architecting, designing and building enterprise solutions using geographically distributed teams Software engineering foundation. Demonstrates strong foundation in Software Engineering, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) concepts. Core technical skills. Has expertise in any of the core distributed platforms and technologies such as Java J2EE, .Net,SOA, SaaS, JavaScript, XML Creative problem solving skills. Demonstrates hands-on creativity and critical thinking necessary to develop innovative ideas and find fresh approaches for problem solving. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
