Special ledger module is used for the company to consolidate financial data
for group reporting purpose. There are many issues with the design and
process that business needs to make many manual correction each quarter and
is not able to meet audit requirement to reconcile source transactions to
the reported data.

The project will take two phases approach to address this improvement
request.
Phase 1: analyze the as-is process and IT set up, document the steps to
improve transparency. Come up with concrete recommendation to be
implemented.
Phase 2: implement the concrete recommendations proposed in phase 1.

*Roles and Responsibilities:

*Project planning, control
Budgeting/cost control
Stakeholder management
Steering reporting

It is very likely that the phase 2 of the project will be continued right
after phase 1.
For that the PM will expect to lead the end to end implementation from
design, build, test, deploy to go live support.**
