Design, Install, upgrade, configure, administer and monitor Business Objects products including Crystal, WEBI, Universes and Design Studio. Act as a primary technical contact to Business Objects system for administration and support. Support BOE clients tools – Webi, Crystal Report, and Design Studio as required. • 2. Perform BOE System Administration tasks: Monitor system performance and usage – auditing, housekeeping, tuning; Manage BOE servers, admin, intelligence and web servers, services and licenses; Connect BOE to remote systems. Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) • 1. Strong customer service skills and passion to work through obstacles to produce results.Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects, able to meet target completion dates • 2. Able to work in a projects-based, team environment Desired years of experience : • 8 years of experience developing, maintaining and administering Business Objects 4.X environment • 8 years of experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse products • Experience with installation, configuration and stabilization of medium- to large-scale Business Intelligence implementations Education/ Certifications (Required) : B.Tech or Equivalent • Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: 1. Participate and assist in the plan, design, deployment and implementation SAP BO BI 4.2 • 2. Coordinate with SAP Support for Issue resolution related to BOE system. • 3. Serve as a team member on various projects that involve BOE, enhancing the BOE environment as needed, while ensuring that BOE solutions comply with SAP standards and best practices.
