Required: • Minimum of (3) three years of analyst/programming experience (preferably with large, complex automation implementation efforts, including data warehousing implementation and support). • Minimum of (3) three years of experience developing and maintaining SAS programs in a Unix environment meeting the following criteria • Familiarity with records mgmt and data collection with large record sets(>100K) Proven experience in the following areas: • Writing SAS macros and deconstructing macros and code written by others • System maintenance and SAS multi-dimensional databases (MDDB/IntrNet • Implementation of project mgmt methodologies - including but not limited to: Business process analysis, implementation planning, systems analysis, developing detailed program specifications, coding, testing and troubleshooting • Business/technical liaison to clients in development of business/functional requirements • UNIX schedulers and entity/verson control software • Performing team peer code and design reviews. Demonstrated technical expertise related to and with: • Data warehousing implementation and/or support. • Relational database mgmt systems (i.e. design, implementation, and support) • Sybase IQ, Oracle, Microfocus Cobol, Business Objects, UNIX, NT, MVS, File-aid, file transfer protocols, TSO/ISPF) • Ability to understand and adhere to strict requirements and coding criteria .
