*This is Neha from Apetan consulting,* *Please find the below job description and send me your update resume matching to it along with Contact details, Current location, Visa and Availability ASAP.* *POSITION: EMC Storage Engineers* * INTERVIEW: Phone/SKype Interview* *LOCATION: Bowie MD* *START :ASAP* *Job Overview:* *Summary* *Ø The Senior Storage Systems Engineer will be responsible for company datacenter hardware and services. * *Ø Supports and maintains storage and virtualization hardware and services. * *Ø Configures backup, replication, encryption, and data protection technologies. * *Ø Manages and configures in-house and third party applications. * *RESPONSIBILITIES* *· Configures, supports, and optimizes SAN and NAS storage technologies.* *· Configures and maintains data replication and protection technologies. * *· Provisions and configures storage for Windows and ESXi Host.* *· Serves as subject matter expert on storage related projects and initiatives. * *· Deploys and maintains VMware server infrastructure and services.* *· Deploys, Configures, and manages Windows Failover Clusters. * *· Manages and configures in-house and third party applications. * *· Builds and configures new Windows server systems as needed for new environments and services. * *OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* *· Utilizes tools to perform storage performance monitoring and optimization. * *· Supports and maintains data encryption technologies. * *· Creates scripts to automate task such as data cleanup.* *· Troubleshoots application and infrastructure related issues.* *· Provides support for companies core front end applications. * *· Participates in on-call rotation. * *REQUIRED* *· Expert with EMC VNX, ability to configure block storage for ESXi and Windows host. * *· Deep understanding of VNX storage platform.* *· Expert with performance monitoring and troubleshooting on VNX and NetApp. * *· Ability to replace failed disk, manage volumes, cifs shares, NFS exports, snapshots, and SnapMirror. * *· Experience EMC RecoverPoint, ability to configure CGs, test image access, and perform upgrades.* *· Experience EMC DataDomain DD860, ability to configure CIFS shares and replication. * *· Experience with EMC applications (PowerPath, AppSync, Monitoring & reporting).* *· Experience with Windows Failover Cluster with ability to deploy, configure and manage Windows failover Clusters. * *· Understanding of SAN zoning.* *· Experience working with VMware, ability to install configure and mange ESXi host and clusters. * *· Understanding of Data Encryption Technologies.* *· Experience with Backup Exec or other backup software. * *· Experience with NTFS permission management.* *· Expert in supporting Server 2008 /2012 Operating systems.* *These additional skills would be a plus* *· Cisco Fabric Manager a BIG plus. * *· Experience with Cisco L2/L3 Networking.* *· Experience with SAN zoning* *· Experience with Exchange 2010 and Email Firewall products.* *· Experience with IIS administration.* *· Experience with PowerShell.* *· Experience with file transfer applications * *· Experience Active directory and Group Policy.* *PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS* *VCP - VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization * *EMCISA Information Storage Associate * Thanks, *Neha Kumari |* *Technical Recruiter* | *Apetan Consulting LLC* Tel:201-620-9700* 106 | Fax: 201-526-6869 |Email:n...@apetan.com *Mail *: 72 van reipen ave pmb#255, Jersey City, NJ 07306 | *Corp.
