*Job Description* Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Middleware services such as Apache, WebLogic, MQ, Identity Access Management, Informatica etc. Experience in installation, configuration and administration of SAP Business Objects (BOXI) is highly preferable. Transition from BOXI version 3 to 4 is a big plus. Extensive experience with Linux servers in virtualized and physical environments Skilled in implementing high availability, fault tolerant strategies, and load balancing Troubleshoot system and infrastructure related incidents Experience in patching, backups, and day-to-day system administration Ability to dive into new products and technologies, develop subject matter expertise and drive projects to completion. A team player with good written and verbal communication skills that can mentor other members in the production support group. Work with the Information Security, Compliance, and Business Continuity teams to ensure systems are hardened and in compliance with the Corporate and Regulatory guidelines. Work independently and collaboratively with other support organizations to troubleshoot system and application issues.
