Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) 1. Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & elicitation 2. Good communication & client interfacing skills Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) 1. .NET technical background Desired years of experience : > 5 yrs Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE/MCA Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: Requirement Gathering & elicitation, working with SME’s & Business Users/Managers, Interfacing layer between the Business & IT, Functional Spec documentation, Functional Sanity Testing of the delivered components Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? Both What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours? Team size of close to 40 Developers (including client, vendor (onshore and offshore)) with day-to-day Business Interaction & support for Development and support activities of a .NET based application. Need to be part of and lead Business meetings between IT and Business for Requirement gathering & elicitation.Good communication skills required to interact with all stakeholders.
