Responsibilities: Will be responsible for supporting the Cisco UCCE
platform at our client.
• On a daily basis, much of the work will come to this person
through a ticketing system and the storage admin will need to decide how to
address various requests for increased storage, or new shares, or
even resolving incidents that are reported from monitoring
systems or elsewhere in IT.
• Most commonly, individual will work standard 8-5 business
hours, but there may be high priority tickets that require the individual
to field requests after hours.
