Hi: Hope you are doing well today! *Data Configuration/Conversion Specialist* *Helena, MT* *2 Years Contract* *Objective * The objective of this Contractor Engagement Proposal (CEP) is to secure a qualified vendor to leverage and continue the work started with previous SOWs conducted under *Contract for Motor Vehicle System IT Services.* *Scope of Work* · Data Conversion design process to include mapping and scripting · Write and test data conversion scripts · Data Conversion Testing *Roles and Responsibilities* *1.* Five years’ experience with Database Administration for MSSQL Server 2. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems 3. Experience with the 3M MVS transactional and configuration data structures 4. Prior experience with 3M MVS system configuration 5. Prior experience with large motor vehicle data conversion projects 6. Participate in data analysis, system design, data conversion and data/content migration meetings 7. Compile, review, and validate data conversion and migration requirements and specifications 8. Analyze legacy and new data structures, documents and meta-data, working in close collaboration with MTDOJ developers and effectively mapping the legacy data into the MERLIN database 9. Prepare data conversion and migration plans, procedures, scripts, tools, and reports 10. Carry out data conversion and migration system testing and prepare related documentation 11. Liaise with MTDOJ DM team to address functional and technical project issues 12.
