The BA is responsible for the set tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholder in order to understand the structure, policies, and operation of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals including: identification and analysis of potential source systems. Conducting gap analysis of exiting management systems to propose replacement systems - assisting with identification and documentation of business requirements - defining application requirement and creating data definitions and business rules for multiple systems. The BA will be researching solutions to unify the information from the existing automated systems concerning Drug Court data as well as capturing data from manual processes for possible system re-engineering. Skills Required 6 years - Experience with MS Visio 5 years - Experience with MS Office/PowerPoint 3 years - Experience with user interface design including storyboards, wireframes and mockups Skills Preferred Experience Required 7 years - BA experience 7 years - Requirement gathering and documentations 7 years - Experience making presentations to stakeholder 5 years - Business process re-engineering experience 7 years - Experience leading JAD Sessions 7 years - Software Development Lifecycle Experience Preferred Education Required 4 years college degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
