Location : CA, Bay Area(try local to CA only as need to attend F2F interview) Cupertino, Mountain view or Sunnyvale- Will confirm you specific location soon. *Interview mode : Phone and face to face [ To be confirmed]* *Role: Senior Engineer* Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. *Responsibilities:* * Designs, documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. * Develop (or assist) in the design and architecture for all projects, point releases and enhancement releases within the approved project schedule * Provide technical leadership to support/business and customers to meet project deadlines and ensure project objectives are met * Provide system or technical development expertise to the technical resource team * Consult and mentor technical resources concerning methods, procedures, and standards to be used during design, development, and unit testing phases of system development projects * Coordinate activities related to system development projects * Be a contributing member of a positive work environment * Perform unit testing on software, reports, and interfaces * Create and maintain technical documentation for product releases; compiling documentation for design changes or creation criteria * Protects operations by keeping information confidential. Skills/Qualifications: * Excellent programming experience & exposure in Core Java and Groovy concepts, Collections & Threads, JDBC, Swing/JFC & Annotations * Excellent and proven experience in OO thinking/design, J2EE design patterns & translating functional requirement using same. * Excellent experience in Java for Enterprise (JEE) on one or more of following technologies: o JSP/Servlets, JSTL, Tag libraries, JQUERY o Spring and Hibernate, REST o Enterprise Service Bus (Preferably Mule) o MYSQL, Mongo DB o Writing Unit test cases using JUnit * Web/Application Frameworks - Spring Framework & Hibernate ORM * Design and develop Web Services using various JEE API like JAX-WS.
