*Required Qualifications*
5 years’ experience working within a large call center operations
infrastructure team and working with Windows applications and Windows
Operating Systems (OS).
Experience with providing technical lead experience for vended call center
products
Strong knowledge in telephony platforms and specific call recording, email
management
*Preferred Qualifications*
Experience with Verint or Mattersight, Aspect and Moxiesoft products.
Knowledge of telephony and telephony interfaces, Cisco ICM, and Avaya
technologies
Experience patching software and hardware (Archer/eGRC and CertManager).
Demonstrated technical depth with industry standard middleware (e.g.
Websphere, JBoss, Tomcat, IBM MQ Series), web server technologies (e.g.
IHS, Apache) , networking concepts (OSI model), internet protocols (HTTP(s)
protocol is a must).
Knowledge and experience with DB2 database technology and/or Unix Operating
systems
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface
effectively with team members
