Troubleshooting knowledge on the following: • Trunk side issues (Audio quality, call drops). • CMS reports, Access. • CM Vector, VDN, Configuration knowledge: • Configuring CM, CMS, AES. • Configuration of Vectors, VDN, Skills, Agents, Extensions. • Configuring AES for CM Switch, PG’s & Adjunct.
