Job Title: *SFDC Technical Lead (Work Stream Lead)* Location: *Valencia, CA* Project Duration: *6+ months * Total Experience: 10+ years JD: Responsible to help team to solution and provide solution options, work directly with client team. Required understanding of Salesforce.com. Have a good understanding of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Forecasting capability. Onsite ~3 days / week in Valencia, CA. Top skill requirements: Salesforce hands on configuration skills, coding VF/APEX, BA It’s a very high intensity role with a lot of exposure at client C level leadership, hence the candidate must have good consulting skills to speak diligently to C level audience (This is a 1 off possibility but not regular occurrence). Manage and coach 2 to 3 offshore developers and 1 tester, work closely with the business in a very hyper agile mode (sprints of 2 week each with 3 sprints in all every quarterly, followed by 4 weeks of testing, go live). No over time.
