*Job Title: Oracle Apps DBA * *Duration: 6 months and Extendable * *Location: Pala Alto (Bay Area) - CA * * * * * * * *Job Description* -well versed in rapid clone, all ad tools, basic applications startup/shutdown, troubleshooting etc. as majority of the DBs planned for the upgrade are ERP. - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE UPGRADING DATABASE FROM 9.2 to 11g FOR A EBS DB. should have done atleast two full cycle DB upgrades for EBS. Excellent communication skills. must have worked on EBS on RAC as two of the environments are RAC enabled. If this resource has a working experience with Veritas storage foundation that will be a big plus. must have ASM/CRS installation, configuration, troubleshooting etc expertise. Any RAC instance upgrades from 9i to 11g for this resource would be a huge plus.
