Our team is working at the intersection of digital and science to develop a lab management platform with the aim of speeding up the scientific process from discovery through commercialization, by reducing many of the manual processes that occur in various lab environments today. *Purpose of the Role* As part of this new digital business venture, you will have the opportunity to work in a face-paced, entrepreneurial environment to help shape our product strategy and vision. The ideal leader will help us drive innovation, generate new or unique solutions, collaborate with customers and other stakeholders and help us ensure the project is working smoothly and every team member has tools to get their work done efficiently. The Sr. PMO/Scrum master will be required to work within our global organization and interface with many different parts of the company (Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, etc.). This role will work with multiple development teams to build scalable software. *Key Accountabilities* - Scrum master is responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demos and retrospective meetings <http://www.yodiz.com/blog/agile-retrospective/>. - Help the product owner to shape the product backlogs and prepare them for the next sprint. - Needs to be an expert in estimation and planning. Knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects. - Should be a good coach in Agile practices.
