*Please find the requirement below , If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate if you can give me a call back at my contact number 631-230-0251 x 5256 <631-230-0251%20x%205256>Please share the profile at [email protected] <[email protected]>* *IBM FileNet and Datacap Support* *Washington, NY* *6+ month/ Contract* *Phone and Skype* *Must be USC, GC or EAD- GC* * Description:* · The contractor must provide an IBM PIE Software Bundle SME (Datacap & FileNet) Systems Support Engineer to support DOES OIT's OWC application development in all environments (test, development and production). · The contractor must understand the OWC requirement to provide Datacap configuration and support services to enable scanning and recognition of DOES agency forms, auto-extraction of data, and export to FileNet 5.2.1 and a SQL database for the purpose of utilizing a unique document_id property as part of a new OWC case management portal. · The contractor/vendor must configure IBM Datacap for up to 30 DOES documents (forms) including revisions. · The contractor must configure each document type for extracting of index values from the form. Note that index values may be handwritten or printed. The contractor must configure the best possible recognition rates using zonal and text recognition capabilities of Datacap for best results. Extraction will be done to SQL Server database. · The contractor may need to configure and utilize third party plugins for Datacap OCR. · The contractor must create and save automated index values (ID) as per DOES provided specifications for each of the document. · Training must also be provided for up to six “super users” with a “train the trainer” approach. These users will be deployed throughout the agency to train the remaining operator users. · The contractor must make modifications to object stores, forms, and properties that will be part of the configuration phase as required. · The contractor must provide all required levels of support to include supporting training efforts, participating in technical and user meetings, integration efforts, FileNet CPE API support, and all aspects of Datacap support. · The contractor must collaborate with OWC developers to accomplish all application objectives. · The contractor must support Datacap Administrator training efforts for DOES IT Staff (training to be provided by a third party). · The contractor must support the OWC application implementation and integration efforts with Datacap and FileNet, including creation and testing of agency forms and exporting data to SQL databases. · The contractor must provide integration support utilizing Datacap and CPE Web Services FileNet API for DOES OWC .NET application. · The contractor must collaborate with OWC application developers to implement, test, and go live with a Datacap scanning and form recognition process with automated export to SQL databases. · The contractor must participate in application design and requirements meetings with DOES OIT technical team and DOES business users. · The contractor must provide technical support for the current Datacap 9.0.1.1 implementation in (3) environments. · The contractor must execute feature enhancements and modifications for DOES forms within Datacap; including potentially build-out of new object stores, classes, and properties within FileNet. · The contractor must support the installation and configuration IBM fix packs after determining compatibility with existing applications. · The contractor must maintain technical documentation. · The contractor must coordinate with DOES Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) IT and OIT operations on support for updates and system outages. · The contractor must serve as Tier 2 technical support for Datacap to include disaster backup and recovery in coordination with OCTO. · The contractor must conduct a complete assessment of the current OWC Panagon object stores, classes, and properties. · The contractor must assess existing OWC FileNet Panagon 3.6 and 4.0.1 application to discover object stores, classes, and properties. · The contractor must procure and configure a Windows application to migrate OWC data from FileNet Panagon 3.6 and 4.0.1 to a newer FileNet 5.2.1, all data with associated classes and properties must be migrated (approx. 1 million files). · The contractor must migrate all OWC images with associated classes and properties from Panagon into P8. · A customized tool may be required to migrate the OWC data from a legacy IBM Panagon environment to the current FileNet P8 5.2.1 environment. The contractor can either build a tool for such a purpose or use a third party tool for this specific purpose. DOES will not procure the tool and will be the responsibility of the contractor to purchase such a tool. · The contractor must statically map images, properties, and document classes from the old environment to the new. · The contractor must present a risk mitigation strategy to reduce the server performance load.
