Specifically, for member, employer, and broker portals *About the Project* Large Corporate Initiative underway, in the requirements phase, to rollout an online bill payment service for the Consumer Direct business unit. The design and development phase will get underway in December or January. The selected resource will be leading the technical delivery aspects of this project, and will not be managing the BA/PM teams. Additionally, they would not be involved in managing the schedule or budget. This project was described by the manager as “very complex” with many technologies working together. *Responsibilities* Own end-to- end IT delivery of the bill payment project Coordinate the creation of a detailed design document from various CareFirst Teams and IT leads. This resource will need to challenge the document, as needed. Provide weekly status reports of all IT components of the project. Responsible for technical coordination with internal partners, security teams, infrastructure teams, server operations, network administrators, as well as external partners. Oversee the sourcing of billing and payment data, and the data cleansing process. *Required Skills* * Experience in an IT Delivery Manager role Well versed, from a technical management level, with TIBCO, Java, and Angular Healthcare industry experience* *Preferred Skills* From a technical management level, experience with Informatica and other ETL tools.
