Conducts feasibility studies, time and cost estimates and the establishment and implementation of new or revised applications and programs. Assists in projecting software and hardware requirements. Assigns personnel to various projects and directs their activities; reviews and evaluates their work and prepares performance reports. Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and methods. Consults with personnel in other Technology areas to coordinate activities. Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the development group. • Direct, manage and maintain development activities that support internet banking applications, ensuring high quality work. • Work with management to identify and prioritize information system needs and develop project plans and budgets for approved projects. • Manage projects to meet target dates, quality and budget objectives. • Guide and manage the Internet Banking team and project teams to meet established project goals. • Coordinate development activities with other development managers. • Recommend staffing decisions, approve employee time records, work assignments, vacations, etc. and execute employee relations policies, training programs, and various other human resource programs and policies.
