Feel free to contact me at* 408-457-9381 Ext- 4057* for more information. *Need passport number in case of H1B and EAD. * *Position: VOIP Engineer CUCM (Cisco Unified Communication Manager)* *Location: **San Jose, CA* *Job Description:* *Required Skills: * · Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to work with VOIP/Telephony and UC infrastructure and architecture. · Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, product-line hardware and software. · Experience working with office productivity tools; delivery assurance and/or industry standards on deliverables. · 5+ years Contact Center experience with multichannel capability, CRM and reporting. · 5+ years Avaya and/or Cisco CUCM UC experience, including IM, presence, softphone, IP hard phone, voicemail integration, desktop video, desktop sharing, web conferencing, etc. · 2+ years with video conferencing technologies. · Microsoft 365, Skype for Business. · Enterprise Voice experience; Avaya CM 6.3 or Cisco UC Manager; · Deep knowledge of Global VoIP and Contact Center platforms; CRM integration with contact center solutions · Public and private cloud communication architectures including SaaS; IP networking, LAN/WAN switching and QoS; Telephony dial plan design and call routing/control protocols. · Experience with VoIP troubleshooting including log analysis, tracing and packet captures; · Network engineering experience to include routing, switching, QoS, Call Admission Control, traffic shaping, and UC system monitoring and management *Responsibilities/Duties: * · Responsible for implementing solutions to move clients from legacy telephony to integrated UC tools and processes. · Implement solutions for moderately complex to complex systems related to systems architecture, networking and telecommunications. · Implement, test and deploy solutions. · Evaluate communication hardware and software, troubleshoot local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN) and other network related problems · Provide technical expertise for performance and configuration of networks. · Perform general LAN/WAN administration · Provide technical leadership in the integration and test of complex large-scale computer integrated networks. · Schedule conversions and cutovers. · Oversee network control center.
