Role: Sales Force.COM We need 4 resources Duration: 12+Months Start Date: Immediately Location: Mountain View, CA . 1 SFDC Sr. Business Analyst with 6-7 years experience; Sales Cloud and Territory Management module customization is required . 1 Sr. Developer with 6-7 years SFDC experience; DEV 401 certification; Apex, Visual Force programming experience; Sales cloud and Territory Management module experience is required . 1 Sr. SFDC QA resource with experience implementing at least 2 full life cycle SFDC projects as a QA Lead . 1 Project Manager for SFDC project; must have managed complex customization Sales Cloud project For Chicago. Rate for both the candidates CANNOT EXCEED 80 IN WORST CASE. . 1 Sr. BA onsite; CRM expert with SFDC experience implementing 3-4 projects end to end on SFA and Sales Cloud. . 1 Sr. Integration Tech Lead; Need not have SFDC experience but must have performed Integration Lead role in a large complex project involving SAP and other custom applications; over 14-18 interfaces. Technical Consultant/Sr. Developer - SFDC/Force.com . Minimum 5-6 years Java/J2EE experience implementing full life cycle custom web applications . Minimum 4-5 full life cycle implementations of SFDC Sales Cloud/Service Cloud . Abillity to define and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications. . At least 1 year hands on development experience with the salesforce.com API. . Completion of several salesforce.com integration and extension projects in development and lead technical roles. . B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience. . 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems. . Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP. . Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems. . Experience with Enterprise Integration tools. . Experience with web application development either in J2EE. . Experience with Struts or similar frameworks. . Hands-on and able to code in APEX, Visualforce. . Extensive experience with Extract, transformation and load tools. . Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP. . A thorough understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration . Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate. Functional Consultant/Sr. BA - SFDC/Force.com . 4-5 years experience contributing as a direct resource on SFDC enterprise software deployments . 2-5 years CRM application experience as a fuctional expert . Business Process Engineering / Re-engineering background, in the areas of sales, marketing, and/or customer support . Ability to lead business requirement gathering sessions; superior written and oral communication skills .
