Responsibilities and deliverables: Document Current State for Each Rebate
System System owner and experts, current tools, document logic, source data
mapping Review current state document with each system owner Design queries
to obtain source data Design logic replicating current system logic Review
design with system owner Build proof of concept with proper logic (run in
parallel with current system) Review results with system owners Combine all
designs into unified system Build system Review with owners Quality
Assurance (run in parallel with current systems) Sign-off Must have 10/10
COMMUNICATION skills and strong design and documentation skills.
