Through understanding of Access Controls, Authentication and Authorization *Preferred:* Security certification is a preferred (ex CISSP) *Soft skills:* Ability to analyze system requirements and provide effective solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines Ability to act quickly and maintain focus under pressure Must be highly organized and detail oriented Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Friendly with outstanding customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Duties:* Strong QA/testing skills in Security including defining use cases, test scenarios, creating and executing test plans, and tracking bugs/issues to completion Passionate about security and solving security focused problems Key player in the system development lifecycle, primarily in the requirements, design, and testing phases Measurable track record using QA methodologies that resulted in successful project deliveries Understand defined security requirements and build adequate test cases for validation Review new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines Recommend program improvements or corrections to programmers Review computer operating log to identify program processing errors.
