*Job Role: UI/UX Designer* *Location: **Louisville, KY* *Type: Long Term Contract* *Experience Required:* 1.) UX Design experience (5+ years) including using Adobe Creative Suite 2.) Business Analysis skills/experience - Requirements gathering and documentation (3-5 yrs) 3.) Soft skills - Good communication Skills including the ability to communicate with offshore team members. This will be 60% designer, and 40% Business Analysis. They need to be able to sit in as a requirements analyst and work with the product owners. Must have good communication and documentation skills. Cadence is a desktop application, so their UX experience should include both web and desktop. They will still be required to perform all the normal designer duties, such as story boards, mock ups, wire frames, workflows etc. using Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have closer to 5 years' experience, but they do not need O&G domain experience. They ideal candidate should also have worked or willing to work in an agile/scrum environment with 2 weeks sprints.
