Responsibilities include managing employees, onshore and offshore contractors, budget control, recommendations for technology, development of corporate and department IT guidelines, and strategy developments to support business. Responsibilities - Provides day-to-day supervision of team, conducts performance reviews and delegates work assignments. Designs SAP present and future Architecture basing on best practices, plans and manages delivery of different systems, tests the systems for proper functioning and delivers to IT. Ensures effective operation of all systems that include ECC, APO, PI/PO, BW/BI/BO Accountabilities - Adheres to change management process. Enables self-monitoring systems and processes to resolve user issues in timely manner. Ensure RFP documentation with suppliers for projects and follow on evaluation and due diligence Ensure plans are in place to ensure optimal operations and focused on year or year incremental improvements in availability and systems performance Tracks projects and enhancements - Manage & support large and complex ERP Production Support environment systems, install new systems etc. - SAP troubleshooting- performance tuning - End-to-end System refreshes and restores - Understand and administer transports - Patch updates, kernel upgrades, system upgrade (Release Upgrade) - Replication for Disaster Recovery Background Qualifications: - SAP ECC Basis support ( 10+years . Hands on ) - SAP BI Basis support ( 7+ years .
