Document problem tickets and ensure appropriate follow through to resolution. There will be A LOT of repetitive testing through each iteration of the code turn over. QA Analyst will also be expected to actively participating in regular project status meetings and provide updates. Preferred skills: Must have good interpersonal communication (written and oral) and organizational skills. Proficient with MicroSoft Office suite of products. Sell starter and ability to work independently. MUST also be able to work in a team environment to help meet department objectives and customer commitments. Individuals must be flexible and have the ability to adapt as this is a fast pace environment with challenging deliverables. Prior Retail Branch Experience will definitely be a plus.
