Positions: Sr. Technical Recruiter Mumbai Office (Andheri East) Primary responsibility includes identifying staffing opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies and managing client relations. Must have at least 2 to 4 years experience in end to end US Recruitments. Graduate with at-least 2-4 years of experience in the marketing in staffing area Must be well versed with all leading technologies like SAP,Oracle,Java,.NET etc. Must be familiar with US Tax terms( Corp to corp, 1099, W-2 etc) Must be willing to put standard US Central time hours (Night Shift in Mumbai Office). Must have very good communications and listening skills. Excellent communication skill in English is required along with good writing skills. Proven success in recruiting, hiring for temporary and fulltime jobs. Manage relationships with recruitment vendors. Ability to work unsupervised but also be part of a team environment.
