If this position suits you, Kindly revert me with updated resume and best time to speak. *Position:* SSIS Developer with Informatica *Location:* Shoreview, MN *Duration*: Contract Note :- Need Passport No For submission in case of H1B , OPT, GC EAD and Photo id need in case of GC and USC Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide 2nd level support to Customer Service to understand, isolate and resolve problems with ETL interfaces with external customers. - Utilize and partner with 3rd level support development team professionals (IT, BI DW, Database) and external technical contacts as needed to identify root cause. - Communicate technical details regarding issues to the development team or external BAM technical contact for coding. - Support testing for the fixes which would include preparation of test data & testing of generated test cases - Manage multiple issues at a time, communicating status to Safeguard Customer Service daily. - SQL skills are required to be able to perform analysis. It is desirable that this resource is able to read SSIS Package (SQL Server Integration Services) and ETL (Informatica preferred) to look at mapping and transformation rules. - Individual must be detailed oriented and able to do complex analysis. - 1 – 2 years’ experience looking at order transactions and data comparisons with hands on SQL experience. - Identify opportunities to promote mappings/reusable objects and repeatable processes to bring all the data together in a standard, homogeneous environment that is operationally efficient. - Good verbal and written communication skills - Needs to be on-shore, daytime hours and located in Shoreview.
