Review functional specifications; create detailed high level design and low level design specifications. Understand the product framework and should design and develop in accordance with product specification. Conduct Tech Feasibility study by developing a core framework and explore feasibility of various technologies & processes. Collaborate with other groups to achieve project goals ( BSA, QA, and Infrastructure & Architecture Team). Develop code and unit cases and perform performance testing activities. Prepares necessary code documentation, change tickets and deployment documentation. Perform peer's code reviews. Ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority and business objectives. Ensure all tasks and milestones associated with technical design, development and unit testing are completed according to project management guidelines. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: Experience in product development and should be aware of product development life cycle. Should have worked in agile development project. Strong experience developing solutions in Salesforce.com Experience with custom objects as well as Opportunity, Account, Contact, Orders, Cases Experience with Apex, VisualForce pages, SOQL, Apex Triggers, approval workflows, data loader, roles and security, and email templates. Experience managing change control across multiple sandbox and production environments. Object Oriented Analysis & Design Patterns. Experience in developing RESTful web services. Experience with Conga or Informatica Cloud a plus. You must possess strong analytical skills, be a fast learner and be able to hit the ground running. Opinionated and with a genuine passion for technology Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
