*Role: **Arcsight ESM / Express Engineer / Content Developer* *Location: Scottsdale, AZ/ Woon Socket, RI* * Type: Long Term Contract* *Responsibilities:* · This role’s primary skillset should be within the installation and configuration of brand new Arcsight ESM software and Arcsight Express appliances. The individual needs to know how to build out new Arcsight hardware and perform Content (Rules, Dashboards, Reports, etc.) from an existing Arcsight ESM / Express instance to a new instance that will replace and/or supplement the current instance. *Experience / Skillsets:* · Installation, configuration, and content management within Arcsight ESM and/or Express components. · Knowledge of Arcsight Logger and Connector configurations a plus. Knowledge of Symantec Critical System Protection / Datacenter Security Server a plus. *Scope:* · One (1) ESM Installation Upgrade and Migration from ESM 6.0 to 6.9p1 · Four (4) Express Installations and Migrations *Objectives:* · ESM software / Express appliance installation and configuration · Content Migration (and potentially some development) · Testing / Validation post-migration · Troubleshooting and Analysis · Management of User Acceptance Testing *Shubhangi Sharma United Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
