*Job Responsibilities *

   - Requirement Gathering and Documentation
   - Planning and Managing the Development effort and activities
   - Daily Reporting with the Risks and Mitigation Plans Driving the Team
   towards achieving the daily targets
   - Agile Model implementation
   - CRM Knowledge will be an Add On
   - Onsite/Offshore co-ordination customer communication
   - FSD/BRD/User stories creation CR management Bug triage coordinating
   multiple teams
   - Expertise in CRM 2011/2013/2015 versions including CRM online/on
   premise.


*MandatorySkills Required:*
*BA Skills:*

   - Full knowledge, experience and understanding of the BA role throughout
   the project lifecycle
   - Have around 9-11 years of experience in Project/Program Management
   - Process documentation and analysis (as-is and to-be)
   - Specification of system requirements aligned with business processes
   (data, presentation, logic)
   - Requirements prioritization based on the customer’s business
   imperatives
   - Understanding of technical architecture that support the business
   application to be implemented


*Functional / CRM Skills(Optional):*

   - Experience of working on mid-sized CRM/XRM implementations
   - Experience of using Dynamics CRM platform to develop bespoke client
   solutions
   - Ability to assist in the definition of the client’s entity
   relationship model and alignment of this to Dynamics CRM
   - Knowledge of Dynamics CRM application and platform configuration /
   customization capabilities and constraints


*Professional Skills:*

   - Excellent communications, written and oral and ability to communicate
   complex concepts
   - Effective facilitation of team and customer meetings
   - Ability to quickly build relationships
   - Strong client interface and presentation skills
   - Effective customer expectation management
