Feel free to contact me at* 408-827-9435 *for more information. *Need passport number in case of H1B and EAD. * *Java Architect with Microservices* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Job Description:* • Should have total 12 years of experience including Java. • Full life cycle experience, responsible for translating complex functional and technical requirements into complete set of architectural views • Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking) • Experience of at least one of the commonly‐used methods, notations and tools (E.g. Rational Suite, Artisan, System Architect, UML, RUP, others) • Must be experienced in presenting and explaining the architectural views to clients at all levels from technical/IT staff to Board/Director. • Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE platform with mandatory experience in SOA/REST/APIs. • Sound knowledge on SOA/API concepts with experience in design/development of SOAP/REST based Web Services etc. Knowledge on Microservices architecture style and Docker containers are required. • Must have good experience using application frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, JAX-RS, Camel, etc. • Continuous Integration and TDD through the use of BitBucket/Git/SubVersion etc, Jenkin and JUnit/Mockito with code analysis using PMD etc. • Use/knowledge of different development tools such as Eclipse, WAS, Active MQ, build tools such as Maven/Gradle etc. • Knowledge around ESBs and API management tools would be an added advantage. • Strong understanding of OOAD, UML models, design patterns and application development processes and practices • Ability to convince the stakeholders with excellent interpersonal, verbal communications skills • Experience Working in a collaborative agile environment • Should be flexible to travel. • Should help in opening new opportunities.
