Any decision points that need to be made as part of the upgrade. This should include options and impacts of decision. 2. Any 9.2 changes and downstream impacts related to those changes. 3. Potential pitfalls or area’s that other institutions have encountered issues. 4. Knowledge and understanding of which pages or areas 9.2 will provide fluid pages and any options or decisions points needed related to fluid changes. · Having good communication and presentation skills · Should have client management skills.
