Responsible for driving areas of the Business Intelligence roadmap across business units and functions. Responsible for improving performance, availability, and manageability of the BI data warehouse and reporting applications. Plans and manages program budgets, projects, and resource allocation to ensure development activities are implemented successfully and on schedule. *Essential Responsibilities *** • Manage a large global team of onsite and offshore ETL developers. • Define ETL and metadata strategy to ensure data quality throughout entire process. • Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of ETL. • Manage ETL enhancements based on source system changes and new business user requirements. • Lead technical design reviews and provide technical expertise and guidance. • Support service delivery team during outages and periodically with daily loads. • Prioritize work among multiple projects and teams and communicate delivery timelines; ensure work is accurate and completed on time. • Manage software upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning and optimization. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for data transmission, storage, and data access including documentation, testing, and remediation. • Collaborates with Business Leaders, Program Leaders and Consultants to define and execute a cross- functional Business Intelligence and Enterprise strategy. • Identifies, prioritizes, and rationalizes business intelligence projects and reporting requirements, and translates into functional specifications that detail the approach used to resolve business needs. • Develops technical understanding of application suites, as well as, an understanding of how the business uses this information and the data flows from system to system. • Identifies critical projects driving analytics improvements to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across the business. Prioritize, monitor, and execute projects utilizing IT project management methodology. • Implements reporting and analytics projects aligned with overall Business Intelligence vision. Supports growth and consistency initiatives across enterprise. ** *Qualifications Basic Requirements: * • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years related work experience in IT project management. • 3+ years experience with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence databases and tools. • Experience in Project Management Methodology (PMM).
