*Job Description:
Requirements:* Experience with HP/Mercury LoadRunner or similar performance
software.
-Experience with FitNesse, Selenium, or similar testing software tools.
-Experience writing complex Java scripts and scenarios.
-Experience performing Load and Stress Testing of enterprise class
applications.
-Experience reviewing results and presenting performance findings.
-Experience analyzing technical data to identify system and network
bottlenecks.
-Experience writing clear and concise technical documents.
-BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
*Skills:* Strong application development skills with solid experience in
J2EE, extensive experience with test methodologies, and a focus on Quality
Assurance.
-Able to act as a Project Test Lead and collaborate with test leads and
developers to ensure technical system requirements are addressed in test
plans.
-Experience with test automation in J2EE-based systems.

*Description:* Responsibilities: Lead Quality Assurance technical planning,
development of test methodologies and coordination of test execution.
Participates in selecting and implementing standard tools and processes for
testing and test analysis.
Provides leadership for all technical aspects of software testing, test
automation, and test processes.
Defines resources (hardware, software, hours, staff) required to execute
test plans.
Analyzes performance test results and system resource behavior and
coordinate resources to tune the software and hardware for optimal
performance.
Serves as primary liaison to software developers regarding QA practices.
Additional
*Responsibilities:* Demonstrates technical expertise in functional test
automation, test data management, security, and QA methodologies.
-Collaborates with QA Architect on creation of Technical Architecture
Planning documents.
-Collaborates with Project Test Lead to create appropriate section of the
project Test Strategy.
-Develops complex test plans and reviews test plans created by junior QA
Engineers.
-Creates or updates strategy documents, to include best practices, related
to QA expertise.
-Consolidates and presents results, findings and recommendations.
-Researches industry trends and recommends new ideas and approaches to QA
Architect.
-Develops ideas for improving testing processes, oversees implementation,
and monitors for improvements.
-Responsible for selection of software tools used in automation, performance
testing and security testing. -Acts as point person for highly technical
testing (performance, security and automation).
-Works closely with the development team to ensure technical system
requirements are addressed in test plans.
-Ensures that all technical testing activities are well planned and
successfully completed. As SME, assists in project issue and bug resolution
and becomes escalation point person. Leads QA training efforts and delivers
overviews in area of expertise Mentors more junior QA Engineers and
coordinates activities.
